Open Question: Can i get married in the embassy/consulate of a country when one of the couple is not citizen of that country?

Hello, im Mexican and my girl is Swedish, we would like to know if is possible to get married in the embassy of sweden in Berlin, so we dont need to travel to Sweden, and would be nice to know if is a simpler process or is more complicated,Also if somebody knows if with that i can be able to get a resident permit in germany(taking in mind that she live`s in Germany and is registered like that, thanks guys!...
